If you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and energized by helping people, this position offers a rewarding opportunity in a creative and exciting industry.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, industry professionals, and vendors, in person, by phone, and online.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Confirm and welcome customers to scheduled showroom appointments.
- Assist with tracking and receiving product for select departments.
- Pull bulb packages, under-cabinet lighting, switches, outlets, and stock inventory.
- Assist with labeling and organizing incoming window treatment jobs.
- Update light fixture and window treatment tags in the showroom and create tags for new products.
- Support showroom organization and merchandising efforts.
- Perform additional administrative and cross-trained duties as needed to support the team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Highly detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Team player who can also work independently
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks throughout the day
